Quality Policy

Following the developments in the sector and adopting to keep the expectations of the customers at the highest level as its principle, Servex Global:
- has been established with the mission of providing the services of airline and maritime transportation for the global market. And it undertakes to:
- comply with the obligations of customer and affiliated professional institutions, related Quality and national-international product standards, Environment, Energy Efficiency and Occupational Health Safety standards, laws and regulations; 
- take into consideration the scope of the institution and moving the Quality Management System to the same direction with the Servex Global’s strategic aspect;
- provide fast, active and reliable service to its customers by controlling all steps of the processes;
- create, execute, protect and ensure the constant development of the activity of Quality Management System - ISO 9001:2015 and Environment Management System ISO 14001:2015;
- organize trainings for its employees to contribute to the system and adopt the quality culture in-house;
- focus on protecting the natural environment and act in respect to the human and environment;
- restructure to take step in case of emergency;
- decrease the rate of waste but increase that of recycling and decrease the usage of natural resources;
- become a company which controls and improves itself constantly and gaining value for its customers and employees, suppliers; and comply with all sectoral laws and regulations.
